Unfortunately I was three sheets to the wind when I glugged this back, but I do remember being impressed. Lovely malty flavour, good body & balance & a nice slight sour/bitter finish.

Cloudy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of dark dried fruits, with notes of minerals and wood. Sweet winegum-like fruity flavour

75cl. Bottle @ TheWolf. Pours a muddy amber with a large foamy beige head. Slight tart, metallic, malts, yeast, toffee and fruits. Overcarbonated. OK

Pours hazy brown with a giant, frothy, beige head. Aroma is lightly tart, lots of dried fruits, caramel, yeast and raspberries. Light carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, lots of Belgian sugars, yeast, raspberries and alcohol. Just generally far too sweet.

Tap @ ’t Arendsnest. Brown colored brew. Fruity aroma. Flavor is creamy, sweet, spicy, fruity, cherries, strwberries.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Unclear dark brown beer, off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, yeast and some ash. Flavour is very sweet, too sweet actually, sugary and very malty, some chocolate. A bit thin. Because of the unbalanced sweetness not very good.
