Flat stout that is a little too sweet for my taste. Could use some more depth and spices.

TaxiDriver (1553) - Stadland, GERMANY - MAY 10, 2015
Bottle. The smell of roasted malt, sweet aroma of sugar and cola, a little bit of sourness hidden in the background. The small brown fizzy head has a normal duration. The body is black. A malty taste, light bitter taste of coffee. The body is medium strong, dry and light creamy with a lively carbonation.

33cl bottle. Black colored, thin white head. Black currant aroma, interesting stuff, some chocolate. Flavor has sweetness, black currant, some roastedness. Not sure if this is intended or not, but drinkable still, quite interesting.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2015 Bottle, 33cl. Pours dark with many large white particles floating around. Brownish head. Aroma of chocolate is drowned in the ocean of acid and vinegar. Truly awful and worrying. It gets even worse once sipped. Taste of very light sweetness suddenly overwhelmed by long-lasting sourness. Lactose is likely biologically degraded too. The carbonation is wrong too, very fizzy. This one was seriously infected and left awful long-lasting aftertaste. I guess it will take a long time till I ever try any of Da Paerl again. P.S. The BB was still three months ahead.
