Cloudy orange with a thick white head. Aromas of tart apple, funky brett and sour lemon. Taste is spicy and tart and grassy with lime, hay and candi sugars. Very interesting how all of the flavors meld.

I just don’t get this stuff . Tasted like a few beers thrown together. Nice white head and aromas of sweet and both sour fruits. Tasted a bit earthy, like dirt, sour pears, oranges, grapes and cherries. Like a sour fruit cocktail. There is a bit of malt so it’s not all sour.

Cloudy, well carbonated, pale golden with a quickly diminishing white head. Nose is of apples/cider, spice. Tastes sweet with candy notes up front, back of the mouth sour pucker bite, some alcohol but nothing offensive. Lively in the mouth, just as it was in the glass.

A weak aroma but it does have some qualities of being a Belgian strong because of the undeniable yeast and unripe fruit. Cloudy and a glowing yellow that looks exactly like a German hefeweizen. Head is soapy and thin layer across the glass and leaves little to almost no lacing behind. Qutie tart in its flavor with a large spice and yeast while being sour. A bitter aftertaste is also created from this; although i wouldn’t say this was a prime example of the style, but i’m drinking the rest.

PIG NUN. 750 ml BC bottle. Almost clear, golden, white head. Rich malty, fruity, light carmel aroma. Big malty flavor, with the hop bitterness coming through nicely. Spicy notes present. I really like the way this has developed, and would be a wothy cellar brew. Not sure why this is rated so low, but I do recommend a little cellar time to help the flavors come together.

SPOON WACKER - hahahaha! Anyway a yellow appearance with a moderate head. A funky lemon and pine sol aroma. The flavor was mainly sour apples with little alcohol showing through. Not a bad effort.

The aroma had soury light fermented fruit, slight citrus, and coriander. THe flavor had soury fermented fruit, coriander, citrus, slight vinious note w/ a honey sweetness. The beer poured a cloudy golden orange color w/ thick lasting head and lacing. The mouthfeel was light and slightly carbonated. Thanks Vac!

Poured a hazy, golden, with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of spices, citrus, and fruits. Tastes of the same. Has a light sour apple finish to it. Lively body.

Pours with an orange-gold body topped by a thin head with some lacing. The aroma is different. it’s slightly sweet yet slightly sour and spicy (All Spice?)...Not to my liking. The flavor is very similar but more subdued and a little more tolerable. Light bodied and smooth yet slighty warming.

This brew pours iwth a cloudy golden body topped by a very thick foamy head with lots of lacing. The aroma is spicy and fruity (orange) with malty notes and a really wierd spicy note. The flavor is slightly sour, yeasty and spicy with a slight fruitiness and a wierd note. Medium bodied, tingly from the carbonation and warming.
