750ml bottle split with DeputyAndy. Got from New Beer nyc. Bottle reads Reinaert Flemish Wild Ale. Sour ester coriander nose. Some sediment in this cloudy orangeyellow brew w/ white fluffy head. Awesome lacework, A+. Mouth is very bitter with farmhouse funk tang. Finishes short with ripe carbonation. Back of the tongue is bitter/sour. One of the most interesting grain/hay/farmhouse flavors.

2008 Bottle - I think this was the Rat Rider, but who the hell knows? Pours a murky lt golden with a huge white head...aroma is like a loaf of sourdough, flavour is similar, yeasty, earthy spice...white fruit...good alcohol...I’d really love to try some of the earlier bottles...

Honey colored brew with a pillowy off-white head. Thick lacing sticks to the side of the glass. Extremely yeasty, biscuity, with a touch of sour. Sweeter than I expected. Definitely the mildest addition of Brett I’ve tasted.

The pours is golden with a nice size white head. The aroma is complex, with earthiness, barnyard qualities, grapefruit, and malty sweetness. The flavor is a mixture of earthiness, malt, and a light snap of grapefruit at the finish.

Bottle thanks to HAWG. Pours out a slightly cloudy golden/straw color. Aroma is of some funk, yeast, banana and some other interesting fruit notes. Flavor is complex with some tart apple, lemon, citrus, funk, sweet fruity notes and a slightly alcoholic finish. Rather solid.

POursa hazy golden hue with a halo of a white head. Aromas of apples, honey, a little pine, pepper, and mildew. Flavors of parsley with a slight sour bitterness to the finish and an underlying flavor of "bad breath" if there is such a thing. 5/4/6/3/13 re-rate relying on old notes, the last time I had this brew i rated as such. Poursa cloudy golden hue with a frothy white head that dies quick. Aromas of apples, hints of strawberries, and a light murkiness. Mouthfeel is fluffy and similar to a trippel. Minty, light deus-like bitterness with lavender/florar flavors. Brettanomyces at there best with a pleasant finish.

Bought in the 11.2 oz odd shaped brown bottle. Poured into the glass this is a quite hazy golden beer with a large creamy/foamy white head, great lashings of lacing!. The aroma is quite fantastic, very fruity, sourapple, green gooseberry, hay, candied sugars and spice wow. mmm this is delicious in taste but it is quite "weird", hard to describe in anyother way than many have before :"barnyard"! strange yet very pleasing..spicy itter sour aftertaste..some medicinal tones..this reminds me a little of very dry cider. Good mouthfeel ,carbonation is just right. Wow I did not know what to expect from this but i found this fabulous and very drinkable..will buy again.
