Bottle shared with Ronald and Carita in Finland. Smells like the spray you use when you pick up a knock playing football. Very medicinal and herbal with slight banana tones. Pale straw in colour and slightly hazy. Obvious alcohol. Wild yeast yes, flavour and drinkability...not really.

Bottle 75cl. @ home. [ As Vlaamse Primitief Wild Ale ]
Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, horse blanket - leather notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (290608)

Pours a cloudy orangeish yellowish brown murky color with an active white head. Aroma of funk, yeast, sourness, cidery apple. Flavor is funky, slightly sour, fruits, spices, very active carbonation. Decent brew, but not quite up there with the big boys.

Funky, sour yeast taste up front followed by excellent hop bitterness. On close-out for $15/6 750 ml bottles. Solid body, and cloudy blond color. Case is stamped "72", whatever that means.

Cloudy organge, good head, moderate lacing. Nose of yeast, grass, apples, and slight funk. Taste is sweet and citrus at the same time. I think mine must have been one of the later editions, because it was most definitely well hopped. It was described as "number 5" which probably means demon fish.

Hazy orange in color with a medium off white head that dissipates, some floaters. Aroma: caramel, funk, some sour fruit- apples and light citrus. Taste is moderately funky with barnyard, a touch of sweaty socks and cheese, a decent amount of caramel sweetness, and a lightly hoppy bitter finish.
