kiefdog (483), Tampa, Florida, USA May 4, 2008 11.2oz bottle from Oldsmar Tap House (Florida). Pours a dense, cloudy, caramel yellow with a thick white head that settles quickly and thoroughly laces the glass. Aroma is sweet flowers, honey, sweet milk. Flavor is also sweet with notes of caramel, complex spices, vanilla and honey. One of the more unique beers I have tasted.
dnlsartin (1), Lakeland, Florida, USA does not count Oct 11, 2008 Demon Fish Bottle: Cloudy, golden appearance with enduring, frothy head. Light-bodied. Pleasingly tart with mild citrus and floral notes. Agreeable, balanced, and lasting finish. Overall pleasant, subtle qualities for a sour ale. smith4498 (386), Miami, Florida, USA Oct 9, 2008 Demon Fish bottle
Pours hazy golden yellow with minimal white head. Light bready, funky aroma. Flavors are subtle sweet fruits, tart funkiness and a bit of sourness. Medium body with lively carbonation and a dry finish.

Pours a great golden with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma is lightly funky, malt, brett, oranges and lemons. Super, creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly tart, citric, some yeast, vanilla and coriander. Very nice. PilsnerPeter (1524), Flushing, New York, USA Sep 29, 2008 Bottle: Pours an effervescent golden with a thin white head. Nice aroma- sweet and funky simultaneously. Some leather, cinnamon, vanilla yogurt, apple crisp and golden raspberries. Has lively carbonation with a sweet and spicy flavor. Caramelized/baked apple, mild cinnamon, earthy/herbal notes of honey suckle, touch of butterscotch, and light peppery alcohol. Towards the finish is a subtle leather touch. A pretty nice Belgian Ale, unique. LilBeerDoctor (643), East Setauket, New York, USA Sep 28, 2008 Bottle sampled on 09/26/08 at Night of the Funk (labeled as Reinaaert). Pours a cloudy gold with a white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, and funk. Flavor is somewhat indescript. Some funky melon, milk cheese, and other sweet fruits. Decent beer.
