Got this as part of a variety pack at World Market. Some how I just wasn’t a fan of this. It was perfectly good it just didn’t have anything memorable about it. Serving: Bottle

750 ml bottle from Winnoski Beverage Warehouse for $11.99. Nose is nice, Esther’s of pears, banana and lots of bready pale malt. Flavor has a big yeast profile that gives me tropical fruit, clove mild yeast and a large amount of sweetness in the finish. ABV is there but not distracting at all. A nice little zip of spicy hints in the finish. Medium in body and real easy to drink for the big ABV.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with big fluffy white head. Aroma is malty and sweet with fruit. The taste is pretty malty for a tripple. Medium sweet with floral and spice. You really can not taste the 10% which is both excellent and addictive

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Certainly packs the punch! Nice floral hops with some lime and general pot-pourri notions. A hint of candied malt underneath it with some booze as well. Pours orange with pillowy white head and good lacing. Nice, straightforward leave, good if not super versatile. Soft carbonation. Bittersweet and light candy finish. Bottle.

A good Belgian tripel. Not super memorable, but tasty. Pours a nice clearish orange with a white head. Smells slightly of orange cream. Taste is similar, a creamy orange beer with some heft. Slightly sour Orange peel in the finish. Had on tap at Mill Valley BeerWorks.

Draught at Mugs BK. Aroma is orchard, earth, light yeast. Flavor is apple flesh and skin, with a nice yeast, element, vinous, and subtle spice. sweet but well balanced. Nice creamy feel turns dry and quite tannic. didn’t like it at first sip but this one is growing on me.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750 ml. Hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. Aroma of spice, lemon, mustiness, orange, citrus. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium to heavy body, a body that seems to thicken as the beer warms, velvety texture, moderate carbonation. Overly sweet, but not cloying. Tastes of candy sugar and fruits along with some notes of musty basement.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle with Sean, and Pat before the show. Poured a cloudy golden orange color, huge off white head with great lacing. Aromas are mostly biscuit with some caramel, pancakes, cereal, and other malty flavors. Taste was the same with a slight citrus flavor from the hops, candy sugar, and a belgian grape quality. This beer kicked our ass.

I had this on tap at a local resturant. Once I saw that is was Belguim Trippel I had to try it. Great flavor with a nice sweet finish, making it hard to beleive has a 11% alcohol rating. Worth every penny.
