This hazy golden ale poured with a generous white head and a sweet floral aroma. Lots of malt and candy sugar flavor, with an astringent yeasty finish. It leaves a warming alcohol sensation.

Jun 28, 2008 Bottled. Pours a deep vibrant orange with small sediment pieces floating around and a white head. Aroma is a light sour apricot with other light fruit aromas mixed in. Flavor is light butteriness, with sweet fruits, and a somewhat syrupy feel to it. Reminds of a JW Lee BW with its sweetness. Smooth and creamy perhaps even silky mouth feel. The body is well malted with a syrupy feel.

May 10, 2008 The bottle poured slightly hazy, bright honey color with 3 fingers of dense egg shell colored foam, somewhat sustained. It smells fruity, like apricot. The flavor is sweet with an anesthetic quality, almost peppery, with sourdough bready notes.

Apr 18, 2008 Murky, golden pour with a big, sustaining head. Very light aroma of sweetness and wheat. Bitter hoppy start quickly followed by a smooth and creamy maltiness that ends with an apricot like yumminess. Full-mouth feel. A great balance of bitterness and sweetness. Very good.

Apr 7, 2008 Pours a hazy orangish yellow with off white head. Aromas of bananas and citrus. Flavor is sweet and malty that finishes crisp and hoppy. Meduim body with a thick creamy mouthfeel and average carbonation. Pretty good tripel.
