I went to buy Cuvee Angelique but picked up Cuvee Diabolique Belgian Golden Ale.I was very happy that I did. I love the flavor and body of this ale and will by again.I must say I’m new to the beer world. But after tasting the Belgian I have found a new love, Its Belgian Beer : ). In the last few month I have tried over 20 different Belgian Beer and will keep up the quest.

Corked and caged 750. Clear bright yellow with a medium white head. Nose is a bit weak, but orange, lemon zest and a touch spice and yeastiness. Rather light, yeasty flavor, with orange, pepper, clove and coriander notes. Zesty, clean finish. A rather light tripel, but very enjoyable.

(750ml bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy yellow body with an average white head. Aroma of florals, lemon, and mustiness. Flavor of hops, buttery, and a twist of lemon.

Nice spicy, citrus notes with a touch of bubblegum. It has a slight haze and rocky head but it dissapates quickly. Great clean malt flavor with subtle spices and a crisp acidic finish. All of these flavors and aromas are very soft and subtle, no harsh phenolics to be found. Generally pleasant and restrained Belgian Tripel.

Bubbly golden body with a tall white head. Sweet lightly citrus, floral, lightly yeasty aroma. Light citrusy, faintly biscuity taste; very little aftertaste, just a little dry.

Very light colored amber pour with an aggressive head. Citrus elements aplenty with lemon, lime, and some flowery tastes. Light quality in the texture, it seemed to lose the citrus sharpness as it warmed up. Basically good, but not great.

Poured a very clear off-white color, lightest triple I have seen. Aroma is that of lemon/lime, flowers and a hint of coriander. Flavor is very crisp with lemon, mango, coriander, pepper, and an earthy/flowery taste like that of a saison. Very light and refreshing beer.

An ok trip. Deep yellow color with a full white head of foam. A touch of coriander in with some heavy citrus. I agree with Blank that it needed a lemon.
