Absolutely perfect hazy golden color with a large, fluffy white head. The aroma was full of a gentle funkiness...not unlike some geuezes I’ve had...floral, fruity (apricot), grass, and sweet clovelike tones. The flavor was much of the same...apricots, peaches, flowers, grass, slight wet animal fur funkiness, with a hint of clove. The feel was very lively...somewhat thick feel...dry finish. Wow!

750ml bottle. Pours hazy golden, with a huge, thick white head. No joke when I say that the beer should be poured slowly as the thick head lasts quite some time. Spice, and lemon flavors, some yeast in there towards the end.

Poured a very clear off-white color, lightest triple I have seen. Aroma is that of lemon/lime, flowers and a hint of coriander. Flavor is very crisp with lemon, mango, coriander, pepper, and an earthy/flowery taste like that of a saison. Very light and refreshing beer.

Pours golden with a quickly receding slightly off-white head, but high effervescense keeps a small layer on top. Good malty fruity and spicy aroma, along with some yeast, and a little bit of sourness in the aftertaste.. Body is phenomenol, spicy and a little sweet, but a little thin for this abv. However, i like it being a little thin, as it makes a beer like this a little more drinkable, with less fatigue. Not a bad attempt at a belgian style tripel.

THOUGHTS: I had been having a lot of tripels around the time I tried this. This one was much better that Legacy Euphoria, but not quite as good as Gouden Carolus Tripel. This one was super yeasty. It hid the alcohol very well. Very complex, but slightly off. It hardly needed to be chilled. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy dark yellow to light orange with beautiful carbonation and an average to large, fluffy and creamy, ever so slightly off-white head that keeps a thick sheet and left excellent lacing. The aroma was moderate caramel and candy sugar, moderate to heavy doughy yeast along with lighter leather and cheese yeast notes, cherry, white wine, honey and lemon drops. The initial flavor was sweet and a little bitter; while the finish was very sweet, acidic, slightly sour and a little bitter with an average duration. There was fruity candy sugar, a little tiny bit of brown sugar, spices, yeast, tea, a little like toast and marmalade, fruit cocktail, a little lemon, honey-lemon cough drops, and a little metal. The medium body was sort of creamy then dry with rather fizzy carbonation and an ever so slightly metallic, slightly chalky, lightly astringent and dry finish.

A nice suprise from a tiny liquor store by my work. I was working and had a rough day so I decided to go to this little liquor store. They didn’t have much, but after close inspection, near the wine I found this. Pours a hazy gold color with a decent lasting head. Nice complex belgian musky scent with light fruits. Flavor is great! has that musky belgian flavor, finishes with light fruits such as bananas Also has lemon present. Nice and yeasty! Boy am i glad I found this across the street from my work (there isn’t much in this area). I know what i’m picking up the next time i have a hankering for a brew whilst working!

Hazy golden color - pours to about 90% head into the glass, had to scoop out head with an ice cream spade to keep pouring (long lasting head) - Very sweet and malty - nice finish, great beer - will buy again

I really liked this beer. It has a spicy fruit flavor with a hint of honey. It poured a hazy deep gold color with a two finger cream colored head. As others have said, the mouth feel is a bit thin for a tripel.
