Cork and cage, pours dark gold with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma is funky brett, the peaches are really noticeable and there are subtle notesof coconut and belgian yeast. Taste has notes of a traditional tripel but the brett and peaches take it over, taste is a little wine like , slight oak, the simcoe is noticeable as well. This brew is great.

Nice looking orange pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is tropical coconut, a bit of barnyard and funk. Slightly sweet on the palate. Interesting concept, but there’s a little to much cloying sweetness and some of the flavors don’t mesh well. Ok.
