75cl bottle, thanks BeerandBlues2. Lightly hazed amber body atop clear white head. Aroma is medium sweet, spicy, some orange, straw. Taste is medium sweet, straw, light orange. Light-medium body, light acidity.

Light hazy golden with a big, frothy, white head. Fair lacings. Aroma is lovely, floral, bretty, white pepper, doughy malts, light vinious, roses, light coriander. Medium to low carbonation, fine creamy and quite dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, bretty for sure, some white pepper, light vinious, good herbal and floral dryness. Roses, tulips, coriander. Lingering, warming, peppery finish. Lovely beer.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe in Davis, CA. Pours orange gold with a 4 finger creamy white head. Aromas of light stone fruits and barnyard. The barnyard/brett wafted to my nose from a foot away. Med body. It’s tangy. It’s fruity. It’s earthy - really barnyard. Finishes with downright farmyard. I’d a sworn it was a Vinnie creation. It’s brilliant.

Bottle. Poured a clear yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate herbs, citrus hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sweet & sour flavor with a medium to heavy spicy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. I would recommend this to a friend.

A golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, caramel with Brett notes, berry notes. In mouth, a smooth sweet butterscotch malt with white wine notes, Brett, very nice and smooth. On tap at Humpy’s Oct. 9 2011.

Bottle at Churchkey. Cloudy yellow, thick white head, good lacing. Aroma has slight barnyard funk. Taste is softly sour malt and hay. Solid.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a medium and hazy yellow color with a small sized head. Aromas of yeast, some funkiness, and some fruintiness. Tastes of spices, brett, fruity, and yeast. Light sour finish.

750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of horseblanket, straw, citrus, yeast and a hint of straw. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of barnyard, straw, citrus and light leather with a smooth dry lingering funky finish.
