750 c&c from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy copper with a 4 finger creamy off-white head. All the foam cuts the aroma, but lightly sour light pitted fruit seems present. Full bodied. Flavor is full of many things. There’s a strong yeasty funk, with fruity sour, and something like noble hop (not the grassy type). A little treacle. Finishes barnyard and reasonably sour. Just delicious.

A hazed golden ale with a thick off white head. In aroma,a nice mix of sour cherries, acetic acid, nice and smooth Brett notes, classic. In month, a nice mix of Brett, cherries, tannins, light cork, very well done. On tap at Green Dragon, Oct. 6 2012.

Bottle... Lightly hazed amber ale with a large, frothy, white head. Good retention. The nose is lightly acidic, woody, dusty and earthy. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and jazzy carbonation. The flavor provides nice acidity and tannic bitterness, but leans just a hair too sweet. Tangy, lightly bitter, astringent finish. Bottle courtesy of newcigarz!

Draft courtesy of Keith at Sunset Grill, thank you sir! Cloudy golden yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of sour summer fruit. Taste is softly sour lemon, cherries, rhubarb. Nice.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured an amber color with a small sized head. Aromas of citrus, some vanilla, vinegar, and wood. Tastes of vinegar (lots and lots more than the aromas), vanilla, citrus, and green apples. Tart finish.

750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting off white head. Aromas of straw, citrus, horseblanket and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of straw, citrus, light barnyard funk and light earthiness with a crisp dry lightly tart lingering citrus finish.

Bottle. Pours clear dark gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is tart and acidic cherries, oak, funky Belgian yeast and light earthy hops. Flavor is tart and acidic cherries, light hops and bitterness with sweet malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Lightly hazy apricot pour, with a fluffy white head. Aroma is dusty, lemon, floral, tart, some nice woody notes, wet leaves. Flavor is yeasty, sour, lemons, oaky, lime peel. This beer is phenomenal. Just wicked.
