Dry, with a tropical fruit and apple tartness. Not overly sour, but not exactly mellow eiter. The base beer works well here. This sour was a great food compliment, though they are scored the same, I’d pick Michael 6 times in 10 :)"

Great back story to this rate. I was meeting up with HeffIam for an in person trade. He and some buddies were in town for a bachelor party. I introduced him and a few of the celebrants to Dave Blanchard, owner of the Brick Store. He proceeded to show them the Brick Store cellar and pop one of these bottles on the house. Glad he did. Marvelous beer. Pours a just hazy red with hint of brown. Big white head. Scent is cranberry, sours grapes, and tart candy. Well balanced sweet and sour flavors. Lively with a light medium body.
