3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle via local trade- thanks, Adam! Pours a murky dark gold color with head that gushed upon opening but settles small in the glass. Aroma is nice and funky, with apricot, grapes, sweet malts, sugar, caramel, cereal, and brett. The flavor hits most of the same notes but without the same pop. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a funky mouthfeel. Very mild tartness. Good beer.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
750mL bottle. Poured medium golden with a short off-white head. The aroma picked up bready notes, dank, fruity Brett, light banana, white pepper, and cherry vinegar.. somehow all of that blended well together, and had a lovely soft overall impression.. didnít smell like it was going to be super sour. The flavor found mostly dried, mixed fruits at the core, with a slight edge toward the skins.. floral notes, white spices, and more tart skins on the edges.. finished with tart, mildly funky fruits and oak. Medium-bodied with moderate-plus carbonation on the palate.. soft and perfectly balanced.. this was a really fine brew!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle given as a gift from Matt at Capones. Cloudy pale orange with off white head. Orange and lemon zest, overripe fruit, wheat, not much brett. Moderate carbonation and body, apples and a bit sweet with some mild funk, becomes dry, more fruit on the ending along with more grains.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
This ends up with a low rating from me because it is described as a golden on the bottle and simply isn't. Pours dark orange, hazy. No head and flat (old bottle). Yeasty apple aroma. Mes bodied and tastes of apples and lemons. Nothing golden here

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle... Poured hazy, golden/burnt orange with a thin head that dissipated quickly. Nose was super funky with a lot of brett and wet socks aromas. Nice body, dry and well carbonated. Lots of acidity and tartness with apple-like, light fruits, tropical fruits, and malt sweetness.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: APR 25, 2012 Bottle. Have seen this on the shelves many times and wanted to try it, so I finally did it. Pours hazy amber with a white soapy head that fades to a soapy film and shows some lacing. Aroma has a nice lemon leather and grassy like scents along with some musty sugars/funk. Taste is bitter and slightly funky maybe a little sour, but more farmhouse and funkiness leather and grassy hay like flavors. Palate is medium with a strange stickiness and drying finish. Definitely a good drinker, but donít go into this
one thinking your about to drink a real sour brew. This one is a true wild ale!

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
The aroma would have me believe that this is the funkiest beer in the world, but the taste proves otherwise as the Brett tang is downplayed and subordinated to a lemony sweetness and a healthy, bready body. Funk throughout, but subtle.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750ml bottle. Hazy amber orange. Aroma of spicy yeast, light brett and rich malt. The flavor is a lot less sour than the aroma would indicate, lots of maltiness with some light hop bitterness and tartness in the finish. Medium body with average carbonation and a dry mouth feel. Pretty good beer, drinks very easy and hides the abv well
