Bottle. Huge bubbly off-white head that really lasted. Excellent display of lacework was left in the glass. Hazy golden color with particles in flow. Aroma of yeast, spice, fruit, mild toasted malt, grainy, apricot, orange, citrus, alcohol. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavor with mild acidic and bitterness. Sweet light dry and fruity – yeasty finish.

Can. [Courtesy of faroeviking , another great session @ yespr] Large fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted. Muddy orange colour. Spare lacework. Aroma of coriander, banana, hint of spice, wheat, citrus, grain. Over the palate spice, toasted malt, citrus and fruity notes. Medium bodied with a light alcoholic texture and hint of dryness with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with light acidic. Sweet and acidic like finish.

Oct 5, 2008 Oh yeah, this is what i’m talking about! Golden color, light head, but what a flavor this packs in. Totally surprised by this one!

Oct 4, 2008 Pours a somewhat hazy amber color with a thin head. Aroma is fruity, malty and surprisingly fresh. Sweet flavour, light alcohol and citrus with a slightly warming finish.

Oct 3, 2008 Cloudy honey gold hue, with a white head, yeasty, fruity, grainy pale malt nose with some honeyish, mild citrusy accents in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, bready dough character, with some honeyed pale malts, a bit grainy also, with a flowery hop citrusy note and some grapefruit, lemony accents, leading towards a fruity, warmth, hop bittering finish.

Oct 2, 2008 Orange, amber colored brew. Fruity, sweet aroma, some spices. Flavor is sweet, balanced fruity flavor and malts. Very nice hopbitterness in the end. Nice flavor, especially the bitterness! Good build up of the flavors.

Sep 29, 2008 11.2 oz. Pours a deep orange with a nice off-white head. Decent aroma. A bit sweet, with tastes of plum, raisins, apricots... a bit of hay and honey and a nicely balanced suite of spices. Nice mouthfeel and a surprisingly dry finish. Way better than I expected, and at 8.5%, it definitely packs a punch although the alcohol is well hidden. Good stuff!
