Bottle @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels.
Pours hazy yellow-golden with a fine, frothy, white head that leaves good laces. Arom ais pleasantly hoppy, grass, pine, apple, peach. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy palate. Flavour is lovely, hoppy, grassy, floral, light brett, peach. Deliciously dry and elegant finish. Very drinkable. Yum.

750ml bottle from Craft Beer Co. Hazy pale golden yellow colour, big foamy head. Sour flowery wheat aroma. Sour grassy flowery wheat flavour, bitter aftertaste. Not really my sort of beer.

(75 cl bottle) Orange, cloudy, with a foamy off-white head with a green tinge. Caught me be by surprise as it gushed out of the bottle with a lot of pressure. Aroma of soapy citrus, bubblegum, fruity belgian yeast, Boskop apple peel, and a mustiness that reminds me of gueuze or lambic. Taste is less bitter than I had expected. I am also surprised by the light sourness, and by the fact that it does not disturb me. On the contrary, I am confused about a peppery heat, but that might also be the otherwise well-hidden alcohol. Lively carbonation. A strange, not totally balanced beer veering between greatness and disappointment. Anyway, that’s definitely better than mediocrity!

Taste this home, from bottel 75 cl. , found this @ Bierwinkel, Wevelgem. Hazy darkgolden color, with white head. Aroma fruits, citrus, fresh hops, yeast. Medium body. Taste good fruits, hops, some pepper notes, dry, nice bitterness.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is quite strange. I get a lot of farmhouse and yeast character, as well as some light funk and some apple cider-like qualities. The flavor is also reminiscent of a cider, with some funk and brett-like notes. There is also a strong biscuit malt component and the beer is very dry. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A weird beer. Not too IPA like, but not bad overall.

Aroma is fresh with soapy citrus, hops and some floral notes. Flavour has lots of soapy citrus and hops with fruits. Tripel meets IPA: the result is rather refreshing and nice!

750 ml bottle. A cloudy medium to dark blonde beer, with a huge, frothy/fizzy, lightly lacing, fully lasting white head. The aroma is lightly malty (biscuits), moderately hoppy (flowers, resin), moderately yeasty (barnyard, dough), with notes of oranges and some urine-like off notes. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, dry, long finish with moderate bitterness. Not an IPA for sure, more like a funky Saison. Something between a funky Jolly Pumpkin and a rustic Fantome. Some strange notes in the aroma, but overall very good.

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2012 murky gold, frothy white head that lasts, patchy lacing. Eggy Brett nose with light pine, citrus and white pepper combo. Flavor is dank at front, luciernaga like until heavy egg and light oxidation hit mid, paper closing it out. A bit of waxy body, lightly dank pine and pepper finish, bit more dry toast and co2 bitterness. If fresher, a luciernaga clone, though still quite nice.

Orange body with a huge white head. Aroma is lambic - like but more hoppy, with mustiness and a hint of grapefruit. Flavour has an aggressive sourness and acidity, with grapes, green apple, a bit unbalanced. Quite interesting nonetheless.
