Ungstrup (11137), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 15, 2004 Updated: Nov 5, 2004A hazy orange beer with a small brown collapsing head. The aroma is sweet fruity. The flavor is sweet spicy with notes of cinnamon and coriander before a dry end sets in. omhper (10454), Stockholm, Sweden Dec 20, 2002 Sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden.
Amber coloured, hazy. Big flowery, hoppy aroma. Sweet and light bodied with sparkling mouthfeel and good hop presence throughout with notes of honey. Salty, bitter finish. A very pleasant ale that runs down dangerously easy. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 29, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Paper wrapping says: Lot # 000002. Dark golden beer, slightly hazy with a thick, creamy head. Spicy - pehaps a wee hint of aniseed and oranges. Pronounced tartness and a very dry, bitter finish. 230202 yespr (6359), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 17, 2006 33 cL bottle. Pours orange with white head. Strange smell, sour and very little hops - it must be yeast. Reminds me a bit about champagne. Taste i sweet-sour. It changes much with the temp. initial colder beer had manu dark notes (unusual dark given the colour) which goes into more bitter-sour light notes as the beer warms up. Bitter and dry aftertaste. Not bad but not very christmassy joergen (6335), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 5, 2005 Hazy golden colour with bubbly white head.
