Amber coloured, hazy. Big flowery, hoppy aroma. Sweet and light bodied with sparkling mouthfeel and good hop presence throughout with notes of honey. Salty, bitter finish. A very pleasant ale that runs down dangerously easy.

Dec 17, 2006 33 cL bottle. Pours orange with white head. Strange smell, sour and very little hops - it must be yeast. Reminds me a bit about champagne. Taste i sweet-sour. It changes much with the temp. initial colder beer had manu dark notes (unusual dark given the colour) which goes into more bitter-sour light notes as the beer warms up. Bitter and dry aftertaste. Not bad but not very christmassy

Complex sweet flavour with notes of grape fruit and spices. Aftertaste of hops and grape fruit.
Interesting beer.
