2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. I know that this is a well-crafted Belgian ale, but I didn’t like it very much. Very estery and yeasty, with lots of noble hops providing an astringent pithy bitterness. Nothing dark or spicy or cakey or festive. It’s like Christmas without snow. Poo.
