Saison dottignies on tap at garret pouring a crystal clear orange gold with q dense head of eggshell white foam it had an incredible nose that brought to mind spice & the heady aroma of a grain mill. The taste is crisp and clean malt driven, light spiciness and a bitting bitter finish. A wonderfully clean saison for the summer.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey deep golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Malty, fruity, minimally wheaty, spicy yeasty aroma, notes of peach, apricot, bread, brine, peppercress. Taste is based on a malty, bready and grainy mixture, bitter hoppy overtones with a citrus touch, spicy yeasty overtones with hints of peppercress, some brine, lemon zest, disguised hints of apricot and peach; smooth and soft, fine pored carbonation. Excellent balance of sweet-, tart- and bitterness, crisp, refreshing, lusty and intense, and simultaneously highly drinkable - awesome!

Bottle from Tanakaya. Poured into a Duvel tulip. Slightly hazy golden orange with a huge soapy off-white head that dissipates but leaves a thin layer on top throughout. Aromas of citrus, grapefruit and barnyard funk are pronounced with a hint of pepper on the nose. Fairly active carbonation with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Starts out with a touch of sweetness on the palate with a long, dry bitter finish that lingers. A saison for IPA fans for sure. Earthy, dank pine flavors become more pronounced as it warms to room temperature.
