Bottle @ The Beer Mongers... Poured golden orange with a thick white head. Light bodied, hoppy bitterness, dry with a pronounced, quenching yeast tartness. Earthy, and a slight botanical tone which is perfect for a good farmhouse ale.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2011 (33cl Bottle) Another Saison , with Lambic , Saison is the shit ...This nose here whispers ...you get faint happy cries aboutout peppery esters and grassy hops....but id like more noise
Looks Sainon’y ...
Has a herbal, grassy hop profile , fruitiness, but lacks a spark in dryness to really give this good numbers.
A shy Saison..but pleasant...

hirigalzkar (2290) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 20, 2011
Bottle. Well made and quite balanced saison, but without that little "extra something" that makes out a world class one. Very deep and fruity taste with notes of apples. Dry finish.

Cloudy hazy golden body with a white head. Bittersweet and yeasty aroma with yeast, spices, peaches and hops. Incredibly easy drinking. Dry bitter flavour with some sweetness and spices. Very nice.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2012 My Bottom Line :
Breathtaking floral, peppery and coniferous hops take control of this Saison’s ebullient carbonation, as citrus-infused water and herbs lead to a most distinctive finish.

Further Personal Perceptions :
-An amazing head of foam thrones atop the cloudy blond.
-This is so effervescent, it needs to breathe a while before it becomes really drinkable.
-A dusty farmhouse character is able to link all hoppy flavors, on top of giving this brew even more personality.
-The herbal flavors are accompanied by vegetal undertones.
-The flowery nature is reminiscent of rosewater at times.
-Everything is in sync here AND it is a flavor profile that is not a replica of anything else. Wow.
-The dryness and potent hop character tend to make you forget that the malts aren’t too apparent in the flavor profile.
-Man, what a finish! Hops and farmhouse character gel and stick to the palate forever.

Bottles.

A very fine saison poured from 330mL bottle with cloudy pale golden color with big white head and fine lacing. Aroma is fruity and spicy with some yeast on the nose. Taste is sweet with fruit and a pleasing sour bitterness in the finish. Good carbonation and light to medium body.

Tap @ GBBF. Pours cloudy golden with a small off white head leaving lace. Aroma is sour, fruity, sweet, hoppy and malty. Flavor is watery, fruity, sweetish and bitterish. Finishes bitter flat.

JanLaursen (3088) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 5, 2011
Hazy golden with a lazing and frothy but short off-white head. The aroma is very complex: Bready, toasty, floral, spicy and skunky with notes of abricots, peach, sulphur, bubblegum, barnyard. The taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a nice tart tingling underneath. Medium body, lively carbonationation and a dry, astringent, bitter finish. Very smooth, very refreshing, very personal. At only 5,5 ABV I will definetly drink this again - and again.
