3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 pushkinwow (1336) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 1, 2013
33cl bottle. Pale amber with a nice off white head that leaves a thin layer on top. I’d call this a mild saison, probably a good introduction to the style. There is light grass, yeast, hay, dried whole coriander, bit of pepper. Moderate carbonation and a mild body, slightly sweet yet balanced, becomes slightly dry on the finish, crisp. Another beer that I should maybe seek our more often - quite enjoyable.
