XX-bitter is our most bitter, high-fermenting beer. Despite its low alcohol content, it produces a very rich, long lasting, full flavour.

Taste: Very bitter but still balanced. Long-lasting, distinct hop taste.
Hops: Brewers Gold & Hallertau Mittelfrüh. 16°. 10 EBC. 60-65 IBU.

This pours a golden body with minimal head. It has a really sweet smell but an overly bitter taste!! Lots of sediment in bottle

Saison like aroma with Citrusy and musty aroma with some botanical notes. Clear yellow to golden with medium to big white head that lasts and laces the glass beautifully. Light tart and medium to high hoppy taste. Finish is dry with spice notes and smooth bitterness. Not as bitter as expected but very nice brew... Light bodied, medium carbonation.
