Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy pale amber with an off-white. Lightly perfumy and caramellish aroma. Medium body, dominated by caramel and some spices. Discreetly bitter. 211009

Draught @ The brewery. Hazy amber color, decent sized off-white to beige head. Smells weird, can’t describe it. Taste is pretty flat, malts, sweet, dried fruits, again something I can’t describe. Soft, almost flat carbo, low body.

Bottle: Big off white head on top of a hazy amber ruby colored beer. Smell lots of orange, hints of malts, caramel, resin, yeast,  oatmeal/semolina, meat. Taste fruit, peach, orange, mango, yeast, hops, medium bitter and medium sweet, sticky grainy and herby. Pretty well balanced. Maybe they’re missing something in every beer they brew, or almost every beer, the beers are not bad... Low carbo, soft almost silky mouthfeel, medium to lightly fulller body and a light creamy texture.

Het bier is helder en heeft een oranje tot rode kleur. Het heeft een zure smaak en is een beetje fruitig.

Hazy orange to red colour. Smells sour and a bit fruity. Tastes sour, fresh and lemon. Good body and carbo.

Mild kräuterartiger, immer wieder wässriger Antrunk. Sehr mild, langweilig, die Kräuternoten sind der Wässrigkeit schnell unterlegen. Nur minimal malzig, zum Ende wird der Ton immerhin etwas stärker. Wenig fruchtig und hefig. 8/7/8/7/9/7

Orange color, small off-white head. Caramel, some hops and grassy notes with vanilla. Medium-bodied. Fruity, liquerish, candy sugary, slightly yeasty flavor. Not among the best De Rooses.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, fruits, yeast and some earthyness. Flavour is fruits, caramel notes, mild yeast and some toffee. Quite balanced.

A clear yellow/orange colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of fruits like citrus and orange. Malts. The taste is fruity sweet some bitter with a little caramel. The aftertaste is sweet wit a little bitter.

Bottle from Mitra van Bergen. Amber, reddish body with thin head. Nose is malty, spicy and sweet like bubblegum. Taste quite strong at first, malty, spicy then gets watery, and oily even, with some sweetness in the finish.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/fonefan. Pours murky brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, light spiced and roasted malt. Fruity, mild citric, yeasty, phenolic and caramelish flavoured. Bitter and slight citric finish with a light spice note. Dry finish.
