Brewed at a little museumbrewery called De Roos this beer is surprisingly nice to drink. Tastes somewhat like a bock, with some nice sweeter hints, but not too much. It also seems to have more alcohol than it really has.

75cl bottle, very nice ruby-pale coloured beer with a fine ofcoloured head. Beauty to see, and the odour is a bit herbal/spicy (cloves) bit hoppy but a very good tracable yeast odour. The taste is at atart nice and gets lost in sparkling mayhem. Stil a nice beer

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma has notes of nuts, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and some nuts, leading to a dry caramel finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours amber with tiny impurities and a dense off-white head leaving some lacework. Roasted malt and pumpernickel in the nose. Medium body, again roasted malt, burned caramel and pumpernickel. Dryish finish. Again, more like a Dutch Bock. 200210

Bottled 33cl (BB 07/2010). Courtesy of bierkoning, ty Edo! Deep ruby red color, medium-sized creamy beige head. Aroma of kandi sugar, dry yeast, wood and caramel. Flavor has caramel, some alcohol and spices. Aftertaste is a bit spicey with some caramel. Quite ok, although standard. Similar to some beers from De Proef’s mill.
