De mijne was matig getapt en had te weinig schuim. Frisse , lekkere geur. Verder prima wit, niet heel speciaal

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a hazy reddish light amber with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, mineral, light banana, some citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, acid citrus with a sweet malt, light fruity, light spice palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and a bubbly mouthfeel.

Bottle. Blonde. Coreander and just a hint of citrus in the aroma. Grainy citric spicy flavor. Thinnish. Mediocre.

Geel goud bier met een goede witte schuim kraag. Ruikt en smaakt kruidig, en typisch belgisch wit. Dun en waterig.

Bottle, pours hazy yellow with a white head. Typical wit, a bit too heavy on the coriander, slightly sour with a light tannin taste to it.

Bottle thnx to Secret Sinterklaas 2013. Pours a hazy orange yellow beer with a medium sized white head on top. Aroma of lemon, coriander, yeast and something saison-like. Flavor has a sour influence to it, not citrus in my opinion, some yeasty funk I guess. No real witbier things going on in the flavor. Not really my thing.

Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a tumbler. ABV 5.5% Nice colour, pale honey orange, with a good sized white head, medium density. Good retention, eventually what is left behind is a thin layer of foam on the beer’s surface. No lacing. Aroma is mostly of wheat malts, refreshing, with light floral notes.. Taste also of malts with the coriander making its appearance somewhere in the middle, while the orange peel is more obvious at first and returns just for a touch on the aftertaste, offering a mild bitterness as well. Medium body, good carbonation with a bite on the tongue. Quite dry on the palate. Overall nice and enjoyable.
