3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 KnutAlbert (4603) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 1, 2006
Bottled. Unfiltered amber, firm head. Nice sweet and sour papalte, very refreshing. Malt, redcurrants. The sourness and dryness balance the sweet berry flavour. Not my favourtie style, but a fine beer!
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Jerre (2166) - Waregem, BELGIUM - OCT 22, 2006

A regular blond but good beer.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 theodor (12) - Son en Breugel, NETHERLANDS - OCT 17, 2006
A dry fruity beer with a small hase. The use of herbes is well done. Not to strong bud in balance with the beer. It gives the beer something special. At the end the could have a bit more body. The foam could be better.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JorisPPattyn (6728) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 14, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 2, 2008 Draught Orange-golden, metallic beer, with a very small off-white rim for head. Greenery nose, chervil or parsley, and very faint peppery. Extremely young, traces of diacetyl, DMS or another S(ulphur)compound, greenmalt, slightly CO² overpressurized with a bit of acidity in the taste, joining with the esters to Traubenzucker-like flavour. Warming up, warm malts coming up. Medium bodied, certain slickness. A bit sweet, not to mention young, is it?
New rating under the name Bladelin Blond
Dense, huge head, yellow-white, fed by fine pearling; (cold)hazy orangey beer. (4/5) Spicy maltnose, quite light impression from alcohol, and very clearly caramel. Peppery aroma (grains of paradise-like). (7/10)
Rather sweet initially, with a slight retronasal bitterness that is rather spicy than hoppy. Very slight impression of ureum. Beer becomes drier in the palate, if every new sip gives renewed sweetness - candy sugar? Again a slight alcoholimpression. (6/10)
Very clearly quite carbonated, medium density at best, very slick. (3/5)
Overall it is definitely better than the too young version I drank initally. (14/20)
