3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 sayravai (4548) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 16, 2007
UPDATED: AUG 2, 2009 (Bottled, 6.5% ABV, also sampled as "Blonde Bladelin") Hazy amber-golden color with a medium, creamy-foamy head. Lemon-fruity, slightly witbier-spicy aroma with some toffeeish maltiness and a hint of alcohol. Smooth peach and strawberries with yeast. Acidic-grainy-malty, fruity-lime-lemony flavor with yeast, quite low bitterness, and moderate acidity. Yeast definitely makes the flavor more balanced and enjoyable, bringing more smooth fruitiness into play. Most of the acidity still remains, though. Medium-bodied, somewhat high- and foamy-carbonated palate. Not among those I’d buy again.

Orange light brown color, hazy. Hints of flowery hops and biscuit in the aroma. Malty sweet, slightly yeasty flavor with orange, pineapple, flowery hops and hints of licorice and mint. Tasty and not without complexity.
