Bottle, 6.5%. Spicy aroma, dark malts, slightly sweet and vinous, hint of yeast. Hazy brown colour. Stable light brown head. The flavour is also spicy, has a hint of metal. Drier than the aroma lets on. Roasted and vinous finish. A bit of yeast, but tolerable.

(Bottled) Hazy dark reddish brown with a small, tanned head. Aroma of sweet, caramely malt, and dark, dried fruit. Sweet, rye-puddingy-malty flavor with lots of raisiny dried fruitiness. Not cloying despite the sweetness. Medium body with soft carbonation. A really malty, traditional dubbel with delicious, not cloying sweetness.
