Nice frothy head. Opaque beer with a brown copper colour. Nice dry citric yeasty smell with hints of dried peaches and white pepper. Lightly rotten/alcoholic. Bitter fruitiness in the mouth - a melange of fruitiness and warm fizziness. Nicely balanced, quite full and with a nice moutiness. Rather short finish.

Swaroga (255) - Brussels, BELGIUM - FEB 4, 2012
33cl bottle. Golden/orange with a medium and snow white head. Nose : very pleasant fruit aromas and cheese. Caramel and vanila tart aromas. Floral honey. Sip : Low density with intensive carbonation. Sweet and fruity with a booze punch. It develops a light sour taste that gets covered by bitter hops end. It’s a lively beer when it comes to taste and carbonation. It’s not borring at all. I’m nicely surprised to be honest.

33cl bottle. Murky golden beer with minimal white head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy and alcoholic. Flavour is yeasty and spicy as aroma, with some coriander hints and alcoholic aftertaste. The final is moderate bittery. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium. Texture is oily.

Arayaga2 (1435) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 30, 2011
Lightly hazy gold with a head of stiff white peaks. Aroma is dry apple cider with other peary esters, and some ginger. Taste brings more pear to the fore, with apple still in charge, and other very subtle darker fruits in the background with prominent alcohol warming, and noticeable noble hop character. 2Eu/11.2oz

Bottle at Monks Kettle, San Francisco. Straw blonde cloudy pour with a fluffy white head. Yeasty, pineappley fruity aroma. Bready and bisquity, hints of straw and tropical fruit, blended together well. Always a nice surprise with a great triple like this.

Clear amber coloured beer with small white head and no carbonation visible. Fruity malty aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is malty with some hoppy bitter touches and some sweet fruity hints. Rather unusual tripel. Though I like it.

Fra fat på A La Mort Subite i Brussel 5 Mai 11. Lysegul. Litt uklar. Fin fruktig aroma. God fruktig smak med litt krydder. Ok balansert. Svakt syrlig ettersmak.
