Bottled. Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is banana and very Hefeweizenish. Flavour is also very hefeweizenish, a lot of banana, yeast, spices and some mild notes of alcohol. Quite pleasantly balanced and refreshing, but not that exciting.

zdk9 (183) - Texas, USA - JUN 27, 2011
(750ml, bottled 05.08.08 thanks to bu11zeye) A whitish and green yellow. Smells buttery- like melted butter. A good amount of yeastiness through to counter this. Taste, like the aroma hits me with a wave of butter before some other malt, but really just a bad taste

Cavie (3249) - Fort Worth, Texas, USA - DEC 11, 2010
Bottle courtesy bu11zeye. Slightly hazy light yellow color with white head. Aroma is a fair amount of fruit, pear and tart apple, and some lighter grainy notes. Flavor is very smooth, some apple, subtle that leads into the finish. Not bad but it’s there.

I do not normally rate Belgian beers on Ratebeer for obvious reasons but feel moved to do so in this case as I had heard people raving about this hard-to-find brewery. 75cl bottle from a top Belgian outlet. This thin-bodied, pasty, pale brew reminded me of when I was guest speaker at a gathering of a pensioners’ home brew club in rural Suffolk many years ago, when I realised their primary aim was to brew cheap alcohol.

Bottle from bu11zeye. Pours yellow with a small white head. Aroma is soap, floral, soft fruit, and a little pepper. Taste is... I mean, really?

(750ml, bottled 05.08.08) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a spare white head. Aroma of butterscotch, candy corn, some subtle spices, and yeast. Flavor of candy corn, yeast, light mint, some fruit (apples), some grass, and earthiness with a flat mouthfeel and dry finish.

Thanks to Markus for this one. Thus beer pours a light yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are glove leather, lemon, and yeast. The mouthfeel is watery with a medium body. Cheers!
