On tap at Beer Temple, just as Houtduif. Hazy light amber colour, off white head. Aroma of wood, light tart, hoppy, caramel, IPA-like. Flavour is woody and tart, oak, juicy and sweet, fruity, hoppy finish with tart oaky notes. A bit thin at times, but creamy and tasty, even if the tart/sourness is probably not intended.

Tap @ Beertemple. Hazy brown color, short head. Aroma of roasted and caramel malt, some hop. Bit bitter, bit sweet. Hint of wood.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2010 On tap @ Beer temple. The aroma is slightly roasted, and has caramel malts. Hazy, brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste has caramel, is sweet, hopbitter, and fruity. Light-medium bodied. Nice

Unclear medium red orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, moderate to heavy acidic berries - cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity - berry. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. UPDATED: OCT 12, 2010 [9/23/10] Draught at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Muddy orange-brown. Aroma is bretty and a bit woody. Sweetish-sourish fruity flavor, a bit lactic. Medium-bodied. Probably shouldn’t be sour, but I like it that way.

On tap at Beer Temple. Murky amber with top head. Nose of malts, caramel, wood some hops too. Taste quite strong, bourbon, malts and oaks. Sweet finish.
