Borresteijn (2757) - Amsterdam, - SEP 26, 2010
On tap at Beer Temple, just as Houtduif. Hazy light amber colour, off white head. Aroma of wood, light tart, hoppy, caramel, IPA-like. Flavour is woody and tart, oak, juicy and sweet, fruity, hoppy finish with tart oaky notes. A bit thin at times, but creamy and tasty, even if the tart/sourness is probably not intended.

Some sour touches, slightly strange but a fairly good beer. Had it on tap at the Beertemple but my notes aren’t very clear. Damn felttip pens...
