After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and oneven of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond color and a light sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch . This beer smells fruity.

Boring looking beer, just like any lager. Good head. Nice sweet & hoppy smell. Look is lager, but taste is ale. Rather ok beer.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2011 Hazy colour with a thick, white cover. Nose: Last time I tried this, there was a very yeasty nose, but this time the yeast has been replaced with fruits and spices, nicely balanced with hops (amarillo and simcoe) Taste: Malt, hints of caramel, and hops, thou more discreet than in the nose. It’s actually quiet refreshing and something completely different than what I was served from tap earlier. Aftertaste: A bit thin and it would defiantly raise the score a bit if the taste could last a bit longer. Not spectacular, but not bad at all.

Tap @ Nederlands Biercafe ‘t Arendsnest. Pours a pale orange body with a small, white head. Aroma is grassy hops with some mildly fruity hints. Palate is stunningly smooth, this beer practically jumps down my throat by itself! :-) Taste is pale malts, grassy hops and hints of fruity hops; a very mild golden ale which could pass for a "session IPA" of sorts. No traces of the relatively high ABV. Probably a good alternative for people who aren’t used to craft beer, or as an alternative session ale.

From tap@’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Low gray-shaded blond head. Body is clear, deep gold. Hebal, light spicy, gently sweet malt aroma. Suggestions of fruity hops. Taste is evenly malty and fruity, fairly sweet with a fine hop bitter touch. Light to medium body. Lemony fruitiness in the finish. Easy drinking. Balanced. Sessionable.

Bottle. Nearly clear golden body with a big white head. The aroma is yeasty and fruity with citric and light spicy notes. The flavour is dry, fruity and yeasty. Long citrussy bitter finish. Quite dry.

In short: A smooth refreshing fruity blonde ale. Basic but pleasant session beer.
How: Tap at Beer Temple, Amsterdam
The look: Almost clear blonde body topped by a small white head
In long: Nose has some tropical fruits and meringue. Taste is very smooth and mostly fruity. Refreshing fruit salad and lemon pie with meringue were the dominant flavors to me. Soft velvety body. Not very tasty. But no defaults either. Just a basic refreshing session beer. Smoother than a hairbrush made of schizophrenic Russian virgins pubic hair. Maybe.
