Very light aroma. Nice golden colour slightly cloudy from the remaining sediment, wonderful head retention. Quite rich, malty bicsuity with some citrus flavours but very light bitterness.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and oneven of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond color and a light sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch . This beer smells fruity.

Boring looking beer, just like any lager. Good head. Nice sweet & hoppy smell. Look is lager, but taste is ale. Rather ok beer.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2011 Hazy colour with a thick, white cover. Nose: Last time I tried this, there was a very yeasty nose, but this time the yeast has been replaced with fruits and spices, nicely balanced with hops (amarillo and simcoe) Taste: Malt, hints of caramel, and hops, thou more discreet than in the nose. It’s actually quiet refreshing and something completely different than what I was served from tap earlier. Aftertaste: A bit thin and it would defiantly raise the score a bit if the taste could last a bit longer. Not spectacular, but not bad at all.

Tap @ Nederlands Biercafe ‘t Arendsnest. Pours a pale orange body with a small, white head. Aroma is grassy hops with some mildly fruity hints. Palate is stunningly smooth, this beer practically jumps down my throat by itself! :-) Taste is pale malts, grassy hops and hints of fruity hops; a very mild golden ale which could pass for a "session IPA" of sorts. No traces of the relatively high ABV. Probably a good alternative for people who aren’t used to craft beer, or as an alternative session ale.
