Bottle, past it’s due date. Aroma is old malt, some spices, faint hops, some vegetable. This was clearly better in the past. Flavour has a light malt sweetness, quite some spice, slight sour edge. Need to try a fresh bottle.

Bottle @ Tel Aviv tasting. Warm orange, nice hue. Not much head. Mild honey aroma. Is otherwise yeasty and subtle with wildflowers. Soft palate. Too sweet for my taste at first. Then it takes a 90 degree turn and dries up in the finish. The abrupt change is very interesting! It becomes nice and hoppy in the finish. Intriguing.
