3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewery. Pour is murky brown with a small white head and decent lacing. Big smoke, raisins, toffee, brown sugar, roast, a touch of chocolate, and peat in th aroma. Taste is roasty, peaty, somewhat grassy, watered-down, coffee, brown sugar, and bread. Light body with soft carbonation. Pretty decent mild and packed with flavor, especially for 4.8% ABV.

My 2000th Colorado Rating! on tap at De Steeg poured a clear reddish brown with as small lingering tan head. Aromas of carmel, fruittiness and light cocoa. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of cocoa, light fruittiness and light carmel with a smooth finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On nitro. Cascading thick head on dark caramel brown body. Toasted caramel malt on the nose, not much else. Slightly sweet malts up front, with a good hop middle with some ashyness. Weird tart tinge on the finish. Bit odd.
