2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap at WoSF, 2013. It pours light red/rose with a small white head. The nose is musty, strong cheese character, cherry skin, berry and farmyard. The nose is sharp, tart cherry skin, vomit, cheese, grape skin and high acidity with a dry, acidic finish. Light-medium body and low carbonation. Sharp and rather challenging to drink.
