Clear pale reddish color. Lovely cherry aroma, good tartness. Great fruitiness, good tartness in taste as well. Wonderful stuff again.

Clear ruby, almost stone colour, no head. Aroma of hay, cheese, wood chips, cherry syrup, chlorine, cattle feed and dog food pellets. Somewhat sour flavour, sweet touch, dog food, vinegar, earth and fruit. Fruity finish, earth, cattle feed.

Tap at WoSF, 2013. It pours light red/rose with a small white head. The nose is musty, strong cheese character, cherry skin, berry and farmyard. The nose is sharp, tart cherry skin, vomit, cheese, grape skin and high acidity with a dry, acidic finish. Light-medium body and low carbonation. Sharp and rather challenging to drink.

Straight from the barrel @ De Troch Wambeek. 2009 lambic with 2009 cherries added. Reddish pink color. Marzipan and confit cherries in the aroma. Sour flavor with a moderate fruity sweetness. Flat. Amazingly complex. Oak in the finish. World class!

On draught at the 21st Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. Pours a ruby colour with no head. A TCP aroma with cherry chocolate and oak. Similar flavours and fairly tart with lingering TCP again. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Not great.

33cl bottle at Troch brewery. A dark red beer, without head. Smell is sweet, cherry, vanilla, candy. The taste is well balanced between sour and sweet. Very refreshing!
