4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 caesar (3946) - Bunnik/Utrecht, - AUG 3, 2012From the barrel at the brewery. Barrel from nov 11, so 9 months when drank, but so much difference from the younger barrel. Slight hazy golden. Wonderful aroma of wood, some tartness, slight fruitiness. Because of the horrible sweet chateau beers, I didnt expect a thing. But wow, absolutely amazing.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20 77ships (2162) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 27, 2012
UPDATED: FEB 10, 2013 draft @ WoSF 2012 // close to 1 yr old / no head & clear, so I am entering this as an old Lambic // (a) clear bright golden with no head // tart-tastic, lemons, fruity, hints of malt even // tart, acidic lemons, very lasting & quite numbrous, touch of that lambic soap flavour, cardboard, dry // baby carbonation here, almost slightly began carbonated, takes it down a notch, not that great of a thing, would have been better completely flat /// Had this one gain, draft @ DHL, simple but very delicious & super drinkable, upped the score from 4.3 to 4.4
