Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, messy. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100613]

Bottled. Lively when opening. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is spicy, earthy, metallic and a bit alcohol. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild herbs and rather metallic as well.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty yeasty spicy aroma. Fruity malty spicy malty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy finish.

Bottle Blond, clear body with and off-white rocky head. Smooth aroma of orange peels, melon, vanilla, plums, some spices, ... not too bad. Lightly bitter, moderately sweet flavour. Quite nice, well drinkable.

Clear gold coloured beer, medium carbonation and medium white head. Herby and hoppy aroma. Sparkling palate, finish is little alcoholic and bitter. Good one.

Hazy golden color, with white head.
Aroma yeast, spice, wheat.
Medium body. Taste yeast, spices, coriander, not so typical wheatbeer.
But Good.

Huge off-white head, fluffy, over metallic-golden beer. Grain, milk-ripe wheat, and a bit lactic. Slightly acidic taste (IS it a wheatbeer?), and a typical flavour of spicy additions. Still, the flavours might be just the famous Van Steenberge yeast. Pretty alcoholic, ending better bodied that initially. Quite decent brew, and despite the yeast feature, not too typical Van Steenberge. I’m still unsure about the category, will try to find out.
