COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Drawing inspiration from imagery associated with the pioneers of America, the cornfields of Kentucky and the unusual town names of the Wild West, Dead Crow is a 5.5% bourbon-flavoured premium beer combining a light beer base with a rich bourbon spirit which gives it an aromatic bourbon aroma.

Bottle. Golden with a large white head. Aromas are lager shandy with syrup, grain and lemon. Whisky barrel with honey and caramel. Flavours are very sweet honey, sugar and grain with lemon. Some light whisky. Getting a sugar rush headache. The sweetest beer Iíve ever had. Urghhh.

Disgusting rat piss aroma. Ammonia hit followed by a sweet red bull influence. No head or lacing. Extremely sweet. My teeth hurt as I drink it. Honey, lemonade, Lucozade flavour. Uch y fi. Its like drinking a glass of squeezed rat into a jar of honey. It reminds me of being 18 in a shitty night club drinking an alcopop.

caesar (5584) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - FEB 19, 2015
Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 09/10/15, large sample (at least, thatís what Iím starting with). Clear golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of some sweet vanilla like booze, corn, skunky, bit citrussy bitter lemon/lime like. Sweet almost soda pop taste. Flavored stuff, sweet. Itís drinkable, but itís got nothing to do with beer. Drink from the bottle and ice and ice cold, and itís probably a decent thirst quencher.

A very sweet aroma, a bit too sweet for my liking, but the light gold appearance at least makes me want to try it. Itís a very sweet taste as well, with the bourbon taste again being too much for my liking, but to those that like Desparados and other drinks thisíll be a decent alternative.

Pours golden. Aroma is of a regular lager. Taste is sweet, perhaps too sweet but better than most lager.

Bottle at Craigís. Pours pale piss yellow, aroma and taste are sweet, sugary, terrible.

Bottled. About 5cl sample. Rest down the drain. Aroma has sugar sweetness, some vanilla, grain. Clear, golden coloured beer with not much head. The taste is very sweet. Sticky palate, not much there. Bourbon and beer is a very fine combination, this beer is an example that you can also get very shitty bourbon flavoured beers.

I hoped to taste some sort of a barrel aged Lager with nicely balanced wood and bourbon flavors - but I got a simply berwed Lager with artificial "Bourbon" taste. Disgusting. If this taste really comes from a Borbon - they should immediately stop producing it! Itís too sweet and I donít know why there is this acid core taste and where it comes from. This is really a bad beer and a fine example why I donít like flavored beers. Open - Smell - Pour! Itís called Dead Crow - and thatís the taste you get!

I really liked this. The best Bourbon taste beer I have had. Very much a pop type of drink and not for ale lovers
