COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Drawing inspiration from imagery associated with the pioneers of America, the cornfields of Kentucky and the unusual town names of the Wild West, Dead Crow is a 5.5% bourbon-flavoured premium beer combining a light beer base with a rich bourbon spirit which gives it an aromatic bourbon aroma.

Bottle. Golden with a large white head. Aromas are lager shandy with syrup, grain and lemon. Whisky barrel with honey and caramel. Flavours are very sweet honey, sugar and grain with lemon. Some light whisky. Getting a sugar rush headache. The sweetest beer I’ve ever had. Urghhh.

330ml bottle from B&M. Pale yellow colour only a light head. Aroma metalic sweetness, and sick. Taste is mainly sweet, nothing like beer. Really bad, drain pour.

i was brought up on guinness and have always loved Irish ales such as Caffreys and Murphys not to mention the finer things in life like Richardsons and Jamesons whiskies . Anyway after developing a taste for cider (especially during the summer) I guess i got a sweet tooth and these kind of beers are great with spicy food such as chilli . it smells terrible I admit this but it tastes good and after three bottles i feel okay so my opinion is that sure it doesn’t have the aroma of Grolsch or the smoothness of kronenberg but what it is is a sweet alchopops drink that is like marmite, you either love it or....... i bought it because it was cheap and cheerful , dont expect great things but give it a chance at least guys......

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is grainy, corn syrup, some bourbon candy stuff. Flavor is fully sweet, candy, perhaps bourbon, corn syrup, soda. Medium body, a bit tart on the finish. More like a railer than a pale lager, not so good.

Being a real Bourbon drinker I was looking forward to trying this. Boy was I disappointed. It tastes like a sugary drink that, toward the end of the evening, you have slightly thrown up in your mouth... but in your drunken state have decided to swallow it back down again. I could taste NO lager, nor Bourbon. But I can assume it is what a rotting, dead crow soup would taste like... if you put some sugar in it.

Sweet ’beer’, with a artificial taste of chemicals. Like a weird lemonade. Perhaps this is what a dead crow tastes like.

Bottle. Gusher. Pours clear golden with small, airy white head. Dusty aroma of cheap booze, inferior malt and yeast, with some notes of hops. Sweet flavour of cheap malt, rotten fruit, aspartame and yeast, with faint notes of hops. Sour and sweetish aftertaste. Completely out of balance and very bad.

Aroma of artificial sugary sweetener, candy-like caramel. Flavour is horrifying chemical sweetness. Probably the most offensively disgusting beer I’ve ever had.

Orange colored substance with hardly a layer of foam. Strange aroma with a faint touch of hop. Sugar sweet chemical taste, which hangs on for way to long. 3 times nothing! Oranjekleurige substantie met bijna geen schuimkraag. Apart aroma waar in de verte wel een tint van hop in zit. Suikerzoete chemische smaak die te lang blijft hangen. 3 Keer niets!!

Bottle given as a gift. Pours dark gold colour, tastes incredibly sweet. More of a beer flavoured alcopop than an actual beer. Had this outside on a sunny day which was it's only real redemption.

Discusting to drink (although my wife likes it). However here is good news! It’s great in a casserole! Dead Crow Casserole! You can’t beat it!
