COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dead Man’s Hand is our interpretation of the Russian Imperial Stout style. For the coming years, we plan to brew several versions of this beer.

No foam, not carbonated, sour off taste but the smell is great and complex with vinous character and raisins etc but the taste is bland just tastes like coffee. Very disappointing beer. But looks like other people had more luck with their bottles i think? Or it is just not my taste

Black with a small beige head. Aroma is like glühwine, spicy, with weak coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is sweet, glühwinelike, has wormwood, chocolate, roasted malt, tart red wine notes. Full body, soft carbonation, round. Short dry after taste with some red wine notes.
Interesting!

33cl bottle Appearance: Black beer, with a very minimal head. Suprising is that it’s quite stable. Aroma: Sweet, Sour, red fruits, grapes, light Licorice, faint roastyness. Taste: Fruity winey acidic red fruit tones up front, then some bitterness light roastyness and licorice notes before the Finish kick ins. The finish is roasted malts, peat, smoke and quite some ash, with the red sour fruity tones returning. Afterstaste is very earthy ash.Not that nice Soft carbonation, medium body. A Imperial Stout like no other stout and this one will turn some heads, and will be rated quite all-over the place. It’s rough, it’s bold, but there is potetnial there if they could balance out the palate it a bit better now, it’s rolercoaster right with bumpy contrasting tastes, which now and then work a bit more refining and this could result in a great brew.

330 ml bottle at home. Wine barrel aged is one thing, calling it an infected beer would be more accurate. Tart and hoppy aroma’s, lots of dead yeast aromas. Medium body with high roast and yeasty body, light bitter finish. Taste is roasted malts, charcoal, tabacco.

Bottle from Douberd and shared by MichaelAwesome - many thanks! The beer pours out in a deep black colour with steady low head and medium body. Aroma of torf, acid and malt. Taste of medicine / bitter pills, acid, smoke, peat, torf, malt and barley. Bitter-acid finish. Not really nice except when you like drinking medicine.

Dark brown colour, beige foam. Medium carbonation. Complex beer with notes of roasted malts and dark chocolate. Also vinous, sour touch. Well balanced. Good!

If you ever like shit in a glass, this is the beer for you....sour taste, smells like the worst gas station, no brand named wine in the world. Who mixes wine, coffee caramel and sugar all together. Horrible.
