[Vintage sample - aged about 2 years, and just before expiry of the best before date] An orange beer with a lot of sediment floating around under a dense off-white head. The aroma is very sweet with strong fruity notes especially peaches comes to mind, but also a light tendency towards over ripe fruits and coriander. The flavor is also very sweet with powerful notes of peaches, over ripe fruits, prunes, wood, alcohol, and tobacco. The alcohol burns slightly on the tongue and a bit more in the throat. The tobacco note in the flavor turns me a bit away from this beer, I wonder if this is a result from my bottle being aged more than 2 years.

(Bottle 33 cl) 7% ABV in my version. Hazy, amber coloured with a huge and lovely head. Some spicy, citric notes in a rather light body with a very pronounced, agressive hop-bite in the finish. 290798

33 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing white head. Yeasty towards mouldy aroma, light acidic ote. Flavour is sweet at first and has in addition a light metallic note, goes yeasty and with a solid spice note into the malt base. Finish is light metallic and malty, only little bitterness.

Bottle, 8%. Yeasty aroma. Dark orange colour, plenty of small floaties. Very small white head. Flavour is very malty with a good flavour hop. A little sweet and fruity, and very spicy. Good spicy finish, with a little alcohol to enhance it.

Hazy orange color. A bit fruity aroma, and malty taste, but probably too old; must try again...
