Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Hazy goldenbrownish colour with huge white fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, yeast, spices, alcohol and some fruityness as well. Flavour is spices, fruits, dry dark fruits, some sweet malts, licorice and also some burnt wooden notes in the finish. Quite interesting brew, which worked well.

Thanx to Jerre for bottle. A clear golden colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma of sweet malts, fruits and hops. The taste is sweet in pleasant way. It has bitter flavors with notes of fruits. In the back hints of liquorice juice. The aftertaste is enjoyable bittersweet.

Amber with a light head. Heavy sediment, which improved flavour when added. A surprisingly good tripel in the traditional manner.

Slight gushing to good, dense and fine head over orangeish-golden beer, very heavily carbonated. White candi sugar, sweet pale malts and a light lactic/milky acidity, yoghurt-like, in the nose. Bitterish taste over underlying sweetness. Bitterness is short, chicory-like but very mellow. Lactic impression very much present in the flavour, but just short of sourish. Again signs of white candi sugar (I know, I know). Medium bodied, quite slick and nearly viscous, despite the high, near fizzy carbonation. Anything but bad, if not really great. Leaning towards Flemish "sour" without getting there - despite the (near) gushing.

33 cL bottle.Pours almost clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry yeasty, phenolic and light spiced. Vague spiced and slight phenolic flavoured. Bitter and dry. Ends dry and yeasty into the finish. Vague fruity note.
