Bottle at Tre Små Rum, Göteborg
Cloudy blond color, with too many floating particles; generous head. It’s a hardcore Belgian Ale, in the yeast and hop profile; it’s also lightly spicy, it has a smooth mouthfeel and some honey flavor (maybe also some honey aroma); correct bitterness and evident alcohol warmth. I guess that it’s a couple of years old, and it has gained something with the age. Good.

Bottle, 25 cl. Hazy golden-amber color, with mediumsize creamy head. Aroma fruits, spice, yeast. Medium body. Taste little sweet, malts, spices; nice in balance, bitterness. Good.

(25 cl bottle at 3 små rum, Göteborg) Shady golden color, white head. Sweet and spicy scent. Malty and sweet taste with some spices. Almost a bit thin mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Herbal grassy aftertaste.

(Bottle, BB Oct 2009) Pours a cloudy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of bread, florals, and alcohol. Flavor of spicy yeast, mild citrusy hops, and caramel malt with a bit of a gritty mineral mouthfeel.

25cL. No it’s not the famous Westy from up the street but I thought this was a great beer, especially for the price. I would recommend trying this beer. Best place to buy is the drive-through beer barn in Woesten.
