COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our year round ode to the Pacific Northwest hop. At DEBC, we like hops, but we like American hops most of all. Here we use some of our absolute favorites. However, they might not be used like you may expect, by using varieties with high alpha acid contents (which means more potential for bitterness) and using them in ways to emphasize the flavor and aroma we can render a rather bitter ale with over the top tropical fruit, citrus, pine, floral, and more hop derived aroma and flavor. Style: American-style India Pale Ale Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Chinook, Palisade, and Summit Malts: Pale Ale, Vienna, Honey, and White Wheat Yeast: English Ale

Can from blutt59. Orange amber pour big white head. Nose is tropical fruits amd malt. Tastes plenty malty, grapefruit, papaya, mango, pine, and caramel. Not all that bitter or boozy. Pleasant easy drinking IPA.

One of my favorite Texas IPAs. Blows the more ubiquitous Hopadillo out of the water. Loads of resin and pine on the nose, with citrus, and hints of pineapple and mango. The palate is much the same, with a nice sweet maltiness upfront followed by a smooth, dry, hop bitterness. Very pleasant beer. Refreshing, easy to drink, and still interesting.

(En fût et en can): Une présence juteuse indéniable, des percée florales et tropicales et une finale verdoyante asséchante. Le bouquet est assez complet, la buvabilité sans reproche.

A hazed reddish amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with smooth resinous floral hops, light funk, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with resinous and pungent floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Ling & Louie, DFW.

Pours a golden orange color with a nice two finger white head that has great retention and left plenty of lacing around the glass. The aroma is very tropical. I pick up grapefruit, orange, pineapple, and very faint pine. The taste is very similar up front with the sweet tropical fruits and ends with a nice pine and hop oil finish that is quite refreshing. The body is medium to full and at 7% abv it is masked quite well. This is an outstanding IPA I highly recommend.

Deep amber pour. Big fluffy off white head. Plenty of lacing. Slight caramel aroma behind a piney resinous hop aroma. Malty backbone with a bitter bite. Caramel notes.
