Pine, citrus and yeast aroma. Cloudy honey colored with light white head that fades quickly leaving moderate lacing. Pine and citrus bitterness with an herbal sweetness. Interesting combination. Medium bodied.

Pours a deep golden color with a small lacy white head. Notes of fresh baked bread, orange citrus, toasted grains, and karo syrup. Nice balance and medium length finish.

Tried this beer on tap at Twin Peaks in Addison, TX. Light citrus aroma, even lighter on taste not picking up the rye used in this pils, simple not very complex.

bottle pours hazy yellow. Nose is lemony, citrus. Taste is very light and lemony, citrus, tart.very light body. Metallic ending.

(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy copper body with a thin white head. Aroma of roasted rye, caramel, mustiness, and mold. Flavor of rye, rotten citrus, and minerals with a watered down mouthfeel and yet with a metallic, bitter finish nonetheless.

Notes from March. On tap. Golden, white head. Biscuits, rye, grass in the nose. Taste is biscuit, earth, and rye which blends very well with the spicy hops.

Dark, clear gold with a white head. Aroma of rye, hay, and bread. The taste is bready malts, light rye spice, and slight bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Nice pils.
