Cask at the Untapped Festival. The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some nice floral notes, as well as some perfume-like hops. The flavor is a bit different. I get a low amount of bitterness, as well as some nice green tea notes, resinous hops, orange citrus and a bit of piney resinous notes. A very complex IPA that I really enjoyed. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Dallas Untapped. Yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is lemon, grass, and slight spice. Taste is tons of tea, bitter, toast, and citrus.

Cask. Dull golden pour with a froathy white head. Big time earth and citrus nose - green tea flavor with less punch than the regular version. Tasty.

Cloudy amber pour with some sediment. Really nice citrusy tea aroma. Really refreshing taste with nice green tea notes and citrus. Good beer for drinking outside.

(cask) tepid amber cloudy pour, soapy clear bubbles at the edges. Nose of rich earth, bright citrus, slightly dank, smells very fresh. Taste is muted as compared to the original IPA, and that is a good thing. It brings the bitterness down a bit, adds and earthy/green tea flavor but suffers from the cask treatment a little just due to low carbonation. In any case, side by side with the regular IPA, I prefer this overall.

Hazy gold/amber pour with a cream head. Nose is green tea, lemon, fresh hops, and crisp. Easy on the palate, sweet, tea, light lemon, and a smooth finish.
