COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This beer was brewed to commemorate an old friend, Mike Burns. Mike enjoyed the darker beers and especially a good stout. We lost mike a couple of years ago and he never got to see "deepwater brewing" happen. So, with permission from his family, we decided to brew and name this one in honor of Mike. It’s a very rich, creamy, smooth drinking beer, with nitrogen conditioning. Just like he liked ’em. Original gravity 1.055
