COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This is our Flagship beer. It is as close to a traditional "English" style ale as we have on tap. It has a very deep mahogany red color and a very rich multi-character. It would be more than likely classified as a "bitter" in England. That’s not to say it is bitter!! The term "bitter" is only a style and doesn’t mean that the beer is actually bitter. It is nicely balanced, more to the malty side. The red color comes from the crystal-caramel and Munich malts used in Germany. Original gravity 1.051
