COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for the winter season this ale is a snowy golden color. Lighter than most winters but more drinkable. Look for a massive spicy nose and honey malt middle and a lasting spiced dry finish.

Poured from growler purchased from Defiant. Aroma of lemon cake. Cloudy golden, hardly any head. Citrus and spice in flavor, a hint of honey and vanilla. Dry and crisp. Lager characteristics also in flavor. Not outstanding, but a very nice beer which I will purchase again.

Tap at Blind Tiger. Not bad. Pours a cloudy goldy with a small, pure white head. Big citrus aroma, with lemon zest and yeast notes. Flavor was sweet, if light, with mild yeast funk. Pretty clean and refreshing. Low carbonation and light in body. Easy to drink but not very much going on.

Poured a hazy golden color with a small, tight, white creamy head, that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, citrus fruits, vanilla, and light toast. Taste of coriander, cardamom, vanilla, light honey, citrus fruits, and light candy sugar in the finish.

Looks and smells like grapefruit and mango juice. Light carbonated with a sweet candy (cherry?) flavor.
