Defiant Fresh Cone Pale Ale

This is the very best beer I’ve ever had at Defiant, my biggest regret is that I didn’t have my growler with me when I stopped by.

on tap at Defiant. Lightly hazy orange in color, mostly clear with a medium off white head. Aroma is alot of resinous, leafy fresh grapefruit (cascade) with light touches of pale malts in the background. Taste is assertively hoppy with alot of grapefruit and light floral touches. Some pale and biscuity malts linger in the background. Bitterness is moderate and in line with the style. Body is light to medium, with some lingering citrus and a smooth bitterness in the finish. A simple, clean, straight forward hoppy APA. well done.
